GRESTEL was recognized with the Healthy Workplace 2022 seal.
This seal, awarded by the Portuguese Psychologists Association, highlights Portuguese organizations with management practices that promote safety, well-being, and health in the workplace. It is an initiative with the High Patronage of the Ministry of Labor, Solidarity and Social Security, and the Ministry of Health.
As stated by the Minister of Health Marta Temido, "ensuring high levels of employee health is an indispensable prerequisite for the social and economic development of the country, since it fosters a healthy, satisfied, creative, motivated, productive "workforce" that is open to innovation and entrepreneurship and a driver of sustainable development.”
