The much-awaited «Mãos ao Grés» 2025 took place today - and it was a success!
This annual initiative, which marks Labour Day, invites administrative staff to wear the factory uniform and literally get their hands into the clay.
During this experience, they have the opportunity to get a close look at the production processes behind the pieces created by the COSTA NOVA Industria Group, fostering moments of learning, sharing, and team spirit. It’s also a unique way to strengthen bonds with colleagues from other areas, with whom daily contact is more limited. A team-building opportunity where we celebrate the work, talent, and unity that make us unique.
