World Food Day at Grestel

October 16th was World Food Day and the Health and Safety at work team held, on that same day, a workshop on the virtues of the Mediterranean diet for health and family budget. 

With this gustatory incursion on the flavors of the region, the goal was to draw attention to the benefits of a healthy healthier diet, to promote soup as a fundamental dish in a meal and also to appeal to a more conscious consumption that enhances family savings.
