On October 10th, we recognize World Mental Health Day, and COSTA NOVA Industria is launching a full week of activities focused on well-being, sports, and workshops aimed at promoting the mental and physical health of its employees.
Organized by the Health and Safety Department, these activities will take place from October 10th to 15th at both the Grestel industrial complex and the Ecogres – Cerâmica Ecológica factory.
Employees can participate in activities such as hairdressing/barber services, beauty treatments, therapeutic massages, dance classes, meditation workshops, and talks. The program also integrates sustainability efforts, including setting up bird nests around the factory premises.
This yearly initiative is essential, providing employees with activities that promote mental well-being within the workplace while encouraging happiness and personal and professional development.
